Farmhouse cheese maker Dafni is a family owned business that carries with it the values of home making Cyprus traditional milk based products. For nearly 25 years the company offers high quality hand  made cheeses with halloumi being its flagship item, produced from a combination of goat and sheep milk. Using milk primarily from its own farm and supplemented occasionally from selected nearby farms, DAFNI ensures that milk is processed only hours after it has been taken out of the animals.
Cheese making takes place in a small but fully equipped and HACCP certified processing unit under the experienced eye of Mrs Dora and the hands of other family members.  The company delivers its products daily to selective loyal retail stores where the DAFNI brand has gained a god reputation for its traditionally tasteful cheeses and its farmhouse processing methods.
The company produces a range of traditional cheese products including fresh and ripe halloumi and anari cheeses, trachanas and sheep yogurt.

Promotional funds are short but word of mouth has spread Dafni’s fame beyond Cyprus.
