Our company was formed in 1983 by owners who have experience in foodstuff production for over 35 years. At the forefront of this family owned and run business are dynamic and well educated managers. The bakandys range of products consists of more than 60 varieties all in the areas of dry bakerwares, traditional bagels, biscuits, crackers, cookies and wafers, chocolates and couvertures, and recently, coconut & nougat confectionery mallows. Our products have earned immense popularity and many maintain brand leadership locally. Our commitment to our customers is reflected in the top quality of our products.

The factory was purpose built and is, therefore, modern in design and up-to-date with the latest equipment resulting in technologically advanced production methods based on european standards. Bakandys takes pride in the high quality of its products. In order to maintain this quality, frequent investments are made in the purchase of modern machinery. Our products are also submitted to extensive and detailed quality control and laboratory analyses. The HACCP procedures required by european legiscation are strictly adhered to. We also offer great flexibility in our production to suit special requirements for specific customers.
