| | At the centre of Mandria village, Mrs Eleni runs a small shop where she proudly demonstrates the value of organic herbal teas. Production of herbs is made exclusively at the organic farm which is situated just at the outskirts of Mandria in an idyllic setting amidst the high Troodos Mountains. Organised educational tours at the organic herb farm followed by a pot of herbal tea are undertaken by many tour operators.

| | Signposted from any point on entering Mandria village, Antoniades winery lies in the heart of the area's vineyards. It is located in a perfect setting, with a spacious wine tasting room that leads to a veranda overlooking the vineyards. The winery displays large pitharia (earth ware jars) since the 1780s and Mr Antoniades is keen in guiding visitors to the winery and explaining his traditional wine making methods.

| | Ayia Mavri is housed in a traditional, beautiful rural building. A small winery of 50,000 bottles managing its own vines, planted with the traditional local varieties Mavro and Xynisteri and a number of foreign grape varieties. Kilani village offers a number of interesting attractions including the Ecclesiastical Museum, the Museum of Viticulture and the medieval church of Ayia Mavri.

| | From Kilani, take the road north, pass through Pera Pedi to reach the main Platres Limassol B8 road. Cross the main road heading for Pelendri and a few kilometers from the village, a sign shows the way for Tsiakkas winery. The winery is found in a serene location, surrounded by young pine trees and the winery's vineyards. Built in a typical Cypriot architecture sheltered by the surrounding mountains, the winery maintains a well organized cellar where the wine ages at excellent conditions. The Tsiakkas family invites visitors to taste their wines at the wine bar.
