Halloumi Cheese Omellete

Ingredients:

  • ¼ Gratedhalloumi cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 3tbls cold milk
  • Butter for frying
  • Salt & pepper

Steps:

  1. Break eggs into a bowl.Add milk, salt & pepper.Bet lightly. Add the butter to a preheated frying pan and increase the heat until the butter sizzles.
  2. Pour in the egg mixture and cook until the top is still liquid.
  3. Add the grated Halloumi cheese and fold over one-third of the omelette.
  4. Serve on a warm plate with a fresh salad.
